CNC Tool setter basic:
This style tool setting are a high-precision switch contact (probe), a hard alloy tetrahedron (probe) with high hardness and wear resistance (probe), and a signal transmission connector (other parts omitted).The tetrahedral probe is used to contact the tool and transmit the force to the high-precision switch through the flexible support rod installed under it. on and off signals sent by the switch are transmitted to the CNC system for tool direction identification, calculation, compensation, access and so on through the signal transmission connector.the same basic with Metrol brand.
When the tool point pressed the contact, high-accuracy signal is output to the CNC or PC. It is no longer necessary to repeat the process of trial grinding, measurement calculation, and input to the CNC, thereby eliminating the need for expertise in tool setting while also eliminating any concern over damaging the machine due to setting errors

Applicatiion tips:
■ The cutter diameter should be controlled under surface diameter
■ The cutter speed should be controlled under 50-200mm/min (speed is corresponding to the mechanical and electrical device)
■ The surface inaccessible to the purging pipe should be cleaned frequently.
■ Please do not rotate the head of cutter because it may damage the precision components
■ Correctly install purging device to prevent air leakage and pipe explosion.
■ The use ambient temperature is -25-70 ℃
■ Additional protective cover should be installed when the high-pressure coolant and water impact the cutter surface
■ When contacting, it should not exceed the stroke of cutter (if have stroke: 5mm), or it will damage the internal precision element.
■ Please do not bounce the cutter surface with hands, or it will damage the internal precision element.
■ The cutter should fall in the center of cutter surface as much as possible. After cutting, leave the cutter vertically.
