Rotary table servo motor

Servo motor

Servo motor is one of the most important parts of the rotary table. It drives the table to rotate and interact with the machine controller. The cost of some motors even accounts for half of the rotary table. SILVERCNC rotary tables can be equipped with different brands of servo motors for the corresponding various of CNC controllers

Simultaneous servo motor

How to choose the right servo motor and driver, it shall be determined according to the user’s requirements. If simultaneous machining, the motor and drive should matching the CNC controller system . If only indexing machining, you can also buy the single axis controller. For example:

1. If your machine tool is Fanuc system, choose Fanuc motor and driver,

2. If it is a Siemens system, select the Siemens 1FK series 4 axis motor and driver

3. In case of Haas system, YASKAWA motor and drive shall be selected

Single axis servo motor

For single axis controller, you can choose any brand of motor and drive, as long as the following conditions are met:

 

1. The motor can be successfully installed on the rotary table flange.  the motor flange hole distance and the mounting holes of the rotary table table should be consistent. Please check the right flange photos

2. The motor shaft can be installed in the rotary table gear successfully, diameter with the turntable, please communicate with our sales to get the shaft diameter.

3. The drive must be able to communicate with the CNC system
