Pre-sale service
1. Providing all kinds of product and technical information: on Internet platform such as whatsapp, wechat, Email, mobile to help customer learn more about product as well as choosing products rationally.
2. Share application case: After understanding your requirements, we will share some successful cases to help you choose the right model to ensure that it can meet your requirements.
3.Sample service: Machine tools and cutting tools, we can provide proofing service. after the model determined , we can make a demo according to your requirements. Please provide product drawings, materials, processing procedures and send them to our company to make sure the product can meet your requirements.
After-sale service
1.Remote service: we will prepare product document and video of usage, installation, operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of the product. You can communicate with the salesman and get the them you want.
2.Training service: if you want to train your employees, you can let them come to our factory for training. We will offer professional guide. Direct and effective face-to-face training. Here we have assembled equipment, all sorts of tools and testing facility. Training Time: 3~5 days
3.On site service: if you encounter a technical problem that can not be solved, and need the factory support, we can also meet your requirement. We need your help to deal with the visa formality, prepaid traveling expenses and accommodation to us during the business trip and service period before their dispatch. It’s better to arrange a translator for both of our engineers during the training period.
